These mounts have fine threads that give you precise adjustment control, so you can align components exactly. They are often used where even slight misalignment can be costly, such as automated assembly machines. Secure mounts to equipment using a bolt or pin. You'll need two spanner wrenches to adjust the height—one to brace the bottom half of the mount and the other to turn the top half. Steel Base—These mounts are best for dry environments since moisture will cause them to rust.Shims—When mounts alone don't get your equipment to the desired height, use shims to increase the height in roughly 1/4" increments.
