Machinable-Bore Clamping Shaft Coupling

When one of your shafts is undersized from wear, oversized from coatings, or uncommonly sized, machine one end of these couplings to fit. They clamp around your shafts for a secure hold that won’t cause damage. But, you’ll need access to the end of each shaft to slide them into place. Since they’re rigid, they prevent movement between the shafts, making them good for high-torque applications. This also means your shafts must align to connect.Steel couplings resist corrosion in dry environments.
