High-Angular-Misalignment Flexible Shaft Coupling

Also known as Schmidt couplings, these handle higher angular misalignment than other three-piece couplings. Good for applications with varying shaft misalignment, they're commonly used with conveyor rollers and roller feeds in printing and packaging machines. Couplings clamp evenly around the shaft for a mar-free hold. Tighten the clamping screws to secure. They allow zero backlash (no play) and never need lubrication.A complete coupling consists of two hubs and one disc (each component sold separately).Hubs are aluminum for light weight and good corrosion resistance.Hubs for 1/2" shaft dia. and above have a keyway.Hubs for metric sizes do not have a keyway (unless noted).
