Made of fiberglass, it resists acids, alkalies, oil, and solvents so it won’t degrade when exposed to substances such as grease, ammonia, or harsh detergents. Because this sleeving is non-expandable, it does not stretch, so it’s best for applications where you know the exact diameter of the items you need to protect.Tightly braided sleeving is more fray resistant than other uncoated fiberglass sleeving.
