Embed in hollow walls and ceilings to create secure female-threaded connections that let you remove and reinstall a screw or threaded rod. These anchors have the highest pull-out strength of any of our anchors for hollow block and brick, and are made in the U.S. Often used in cinder blocks and hollow core panels, their toggle bar pivots inside hollow cavities for a firm hold. They’re similar to toggle bolt anchors, but require a smaller hole, so you won’t end up with a gaping hole in your block or brick.To install, push the anchor through your component into a drilled hole and twist it 180°—gravity drops the toggle into position. Pull the anchor to secure. Twist the anchor back 180° to collapse the toggle and remove the anchor.
