To prevent static buildup, these adjustable-height chairs have a brass drag chain to ground electrical charges. They are often used in electronics assembly to help protect sensitive equipment from damage. With a surface resistivity of 108 ohms/sq., they divert static quickly.Use the lever to adjust the seat to a comfortable working height for tables and desks; the air cylinder controls the movement for a quick, smooth adjustment. All swivel so that you can work on multiple surfaces without having to stand up. A backrest provides support and promotes good posture to reduce back strain. Move the backrest up and down to position it for maximum lumbar support. Both the seat and backrest are padded for comfort.
